Here's the question: What are five things I do every day to contribute to my success?
1. Say affirmations on the drive in: because they work, that's why. I've found that they help quell any negative ruminations that lurk in my mind and put me in a good mood to start the day.
2. Walk up stairs and avoid the elevator: gotta get exercise somehow!
3. Eat lunch: I'm a calmer, happier person when I do.
4. Pray: whenever I feel frantic or cranky or overwhelmed, I talk to God, not in a formal way, but directly and honestly.
5. Write in my journal every night: This helps calm me down at night--I write a few lines about what has been going on, a few affirmations, a list of what I'm grateful for, and then I go to bed.
